Originally known as Fat Alberts Breakfast Cafe, a beloved family-owned establishment with 22 years of history, is excited to announce its reopening as Fat Alberts Waffle Bar! Whether you're a longtime patron or discovering us for the first time, we are excited to have you.
For the past two years during our closure, we've navigated through personal challenges that required our undivided attention. It was a period of reflection, healing, and regaining strength. Now, with renewed energy and enthusiasm, we are excited to return to what we do best!
Thank you for your patience and continued support during our hiatus. We are grateful to reopen our doors and reconnect with our community. Come dine with us at Fat Alberts, where family traditions meet heartfelt hospitality. We look forward to serving you once again and creating new memories together.

MEET US
This establishment has been a cherished family legacy over the years. I, Vickie Walsh, have dedicated myself to working here for several years before eventually becoming its proud owner. I officially acquired the establishment in August 2015. Since then, my daughter, Shelby Walsh, has been working alongside me, playing a significant role in our remodel and menu changes. She attended Linfield College, and despite her busy schedule as a student, she consistently prioritized this business.
Perhaps you've seen us here, diligently working throughout the years, and rest assured, we haven't forgotten you! We've worked hard to prepare for this eagerly anticipated reopening and are thrilled to begin this exciting new phase!
